1 - When you use the service or browser one of our website, we may collect your visit to our Websites. This information may include your IP Address, your operating system and your browser ID. We may collect this information as part of our log files as well through use of cookies. We do not share this information with any third party.
2 - Cookies and similar technology. We may collect information from your browser, computer which provide us technical information when you access or use the service. When you visit the Services, a cookie will be stored on your computer. Service Providers - We do not share your information as of now to any third party service provider.
Affiliates and Acquirors of our Business or Assets - We may also transfer information about you if the Company is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event we will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy
Legal Requirements - The information we collect is not shared with or sold to other organizations, except to provide products or services you’ve explicitly requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: Where it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.

Imaginatix relies on OAuth providers (e.g., Google/Facebook etc) for authentication. You must keep your email and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. We do not store your passwords. We cannot reset forgotten passwords either.
Notice of Breach of Security:
If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you or your information, then Imaginatix will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

While Imaginatix continues to work hard to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and Imaginatix cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Imaginatix. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.
YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION
Adjusting notification and email preferences
1 - You have control over what type of communication you receive from us. You can control this information from going to User Settings. This is accessible only to the users logged in to the system.
2 - Deleting information and account. You can delete your account any time you desire. Once deleted, your data including your user profile, projects, model data, extensions and any other relevant data cannot be reinstated.
Following the deletion of your account, we may retain your communication email for notifying you of future service updates. You may decline to provide this information to use at the time of deleting your account.
